This is a facial and jaw exercise accessory, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Before use

• Consult a dentist or doctor before use if you have jaw pain, TMJ/TMD, dental work, braces, loose teeth, gum problems, or another medical condition, or if you are pregnant.
• Start gently and use short sessions.
• Inspect before each use. Do not use the product if it is cracked, torn, or damaged.

During use

• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Contains small parts. Keep away from children and pets.
• Never use while walking, running, driving, lying down, or in a situation where you could be startled.

Cleaning

Clean with warm water and mild soap before and after each use, then allow the product to air dry.
