MaxillaPro is operated by Maor tsitrom, an Israeli exempt dealer (Osek Patur). Business registration number is available on request. Business address: Rambam 35, Ra’anana, Israel. Contact: maorswebs@gmail.com.

Customer service aims to reply within 2 business days. Please contact us by email for refunds and support. This is not a returns address.

2. Agreement and eligibility

By using maxillapro.beauty (the Site) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. The product is not intended for children.

3. Product information

We try to describe products accurately. Product colours may differ slightly on your screen, and images may be illustrative. Results from exercise vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and include free shipping. Import duties and taxes are not included unless Shopify Checkout states otherwise. We may correct a pricing error and will notify you before shipping, giving you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by payment providers through Shopify Checkout. We do not store your full card details.

5. Order acceptance

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing errors, and refund you in full where applicable.

6. Shipping, refunds, and cancellation

Shipping, refund, and cancellation matters are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Health and safety

The product is a facial and jaw exercise accessory. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. We do not guarantee a particular cosmetic or aesthetic result.

• Consult a dentist or doctor before use if you have jaw pain, TMJ/TMD, dental work, braces, loose teeth, gum problems, neck or spinal issues, another medical condition, or if you are pregnant.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Use only as instructed. Contains small parts: keep away from children and pets. Never use while walking, running, driving, lying down, or in a situation where you could be startled.
• Inspect before each use and stop using the product if cracked or damaged. Clean before and after each use.
• To the extent permitted by law, you use the product at your own risk and in accordance with the instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site text, images, video, logos, and design belong to MaxillaPro or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, submit false information, or use the Site unlawfully.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites linked from this Site.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
